Terms of Service
“Terms of service are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use a service.”
Listed below are my terms of service, which by commissioning me you are agreeing that you have read and understood. Violating any of these terms may result in me banning you from any future slots or doing any type of business with me again.I reserve the right to refuse any requests.Payment and refunds.- Payment is done through an invoice.
- You must pay upfront before any commission work gets started. At this current time I don’t feel comfortable with any other payment plan.
- Refunds will only be granted up until the second sketch phase. I will do a rough sketch of your design and send that your way, and if you need to cancel for any reason this would be the time to do so. Anything beyond that stage is a no.
- Complicated designs may result in an extra charge.
- Do not turn any of my work into NFTs.General TOS
- You are free to repost your commission/design anywhere with credit.
- You are allowed to use my art for any personal use. This includes cropping, printing out, whatever you’d like. So long as it’s for personal use and not commercial/NFTs.
- I post all my art publically, which will include commissions. However, if you’d like to do a private commission – please do state this beforehand.
- You must be +18 to commission me. All characters involved must also be +18. Character’s physically coded as children, despite age, are a hard no.
- Turnaround time is 2-3 months maximum however most art is completed well before this. You’re always free to contact me for updates should you be concerned. I only ask that you respect my time and understand that this is a business transaction, and your messages will be treated as such.FAQ
- “Do I have to have a reference to commission you?”
Visual guides are a must, but it can be anything from commissions you’ve ordered of your character in the past, to general images and mood boards.
- “Do you do LGBT+ themes?”
Yes! However, my skills are limited in some regards - in particular when it comes body attributes typically found within amab people. This is subject to change with time.
- “Do you draw furries?”
I do not, however it is something I’d like to learn eventually!
